Great fall muffin.

Ingredients

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour 240g
1/2 cup Sugar 100g
2 tsps Baking Powder 9.2g
1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2.3g
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 2.6g
1 tsp Nutmeg 2.2g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
1 cup Soy Milk 243g
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil 13.6g
1/4 cup Maple Syrup 78.75g
3/4 cup Roasted Pumpkin 187.5g
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts 47.5g
1/2 cup Raisins 77.5g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin. Separately, mix the dry ingredients together and the wet ingredients together, then combine the wet into the dry. Stir in nuts and raisins. Fill tins 2/3 full. Bake 20- 25 min until golden brown.
