1 tbsp Brown Cane Sugar 9.1g
1 Banana 118g
1/2 cup Almond Meal 47.5g
1/4 cup Plantain Flour 30g
1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2.3g
1 1/2 tsp Orange Juice 7.77g
Pinch Salt 0.2g
2 tbsps Maple Syrup 40g
2 tsps Sugar 8.32g
2 tbsps Butter, Unsalted 28.4g
2 tbsps Coconut Oil 27.2g
2 tbsps Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 21g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place liners in pan. Whisk together the plantain flour, almond meal, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, beat egg, vanilla extract, brown sugar, maple syrup, orange juice, coconut oil and (last,) the melted butter. If not using a mixer, mash the bananas then mix in. Else add bananas in pieces. Beat in the dry ingredients, then mix in the chocolate chips, and pour into pan. Immediately bake 13 min. or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Tips

Ingredient Tip • You can easily sub the melted butter for coconut oil.
Storage • Keep in fridge up to 4 days, or freeze.
