Surprisingly flaky. Quite oily and salty.

1 1/2 cups Garbanzo Bean Flour 138g
1 tsp Salt 6g
1/4 cup Olive Oil 54g
1/2 cup Water 118.3g

Preheat oven to 350°F (180ºC). Grease or line a round metal rimmed pan. Process flour and salt in food processor, gradually adding oil until the dough forms a coarse meal, then very slowly add water until sticky dough forms. Roll the dough with a little flour. Place in pan like the bottom crust of a pie, pierce with fork, and place foil/beans or weights on top. Bake 10 to 15 min. Fill like a quiche or pizza.

Tips

• Bump up the temp to 400 and cook 10 extra minutes with toppings for a pizza.
