Slow-Cook White Bean Kielbasa soup with Spinach

15 oz Tomato 425.25g
8 oz Baby Spinach 226.8g

Soak beans in 8 cups water overnight. Drain and rinse beans. Fry onion and kielbasa, then add all ingredients except for spinach. Slow-cook 8hrs on medium. Stir in spinach and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
