Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line muffin tin.
Beat the eggs and coconut sugar until fluffy.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave and stir until smooth.
Beat maple syrup, vanilla, and almond milk into the chocolate mixture.
Gradually beat this chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
Add dry ingredients and beat well.
Melt the peanut butter in microwave.
Place 2tbsp batter into each cup, then swirl 1/2 tsp melted peanut butter on top.
Bake 22min.
