Slow Cook Gnocchi in creamy mushroom sauce

2 cloves Garlic 6g
12 oz Gnocchi 340.2g
1 tsp Ground Thyme 1.4g
1 tbsp Butter 14.2g
1 tbsp All Purpose Flour 7.8g
1/2 cup Milk 122g
1/2 cup Heavy Cream 60g
10 oz Crimini Mushrooms 283.5g
1 tbsp Olive Oil 13.5g
1 cup Vegetable Stock 221g
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 50g
10 oz White Mushrooms 283.5g

Toss gnocchi and mushrooms in olive oil then sauté, stirring frequently, for 5 min. Melt butter in separate small saucepan then add pressed garlic and cook 20 seconds over medium heat. Add flour and stir for a minute. Add milk and stir until smooth paste forms, then remove from heat, add cream and parmesan. Return to heat briefly to melt all the cheese, stirring vigorously until texture is smooth. Mix gnocchi, cream mixture, stock and thyme in slow cooker and cook on slow for 2 hours.
