1 cup Water 236.6g

Simmer amaranth seeds in water until all water is absorbed (20min). Cool. Preheat oven to 340°F (170°C). Line a cookie sheet. Shape 1/2" balls, place on sheet with more parchment paper on top. Press flat, then peel off top paper. Bake 20min until light brown.
