    1 tbsp flax meal 6.5g
    3 tbsps water 44.34g
4 tbsps coconut oil 54.4g
1 tsp vanilla extract 4.2g
2 tbsps almond milk 32.75gFilling  gr_5f301448042da0
    1 cup peanut butter 258g
    2 tbsps coconut oil 27.2g
    1/4 cup maple syrup 78.75g

COOKIES: Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine dry ingredients. Soften wet ingredients (including flax egg) over medium heat. Let cool. Mix dry into wet and form balls or ovals. Use fork to press down patterns on cookies. Bake 15min. FILLING: Blend filling ingredients and sandwich between two cooled cookies.
