    1.5 cup Flour 187.5g
    5 tbsps Sugar 62.5g
    1/2 tsp Salt 3g
    12 tbsp Melted Butter 170.4g
3-7 Pear 890g
1 tbsp Butter 14.2g
1 tbsp Sugar 12.5g
1 tbsp Water 14.78g
1/4 cup Applesauce 61g
2 tbsp Apricot Jam Jelly 40g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crust ingredients, press into pan and bake 20-30min until nice and brown. Peel and halve pears. Place in covered pan with 1tbsp butter, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp water. Cook on low 10min, flipping them mid-way. The edges should be tender but they should hold together when you move them or cut them. Let cool. Remove crust from oven. Spread with apple sauce (alternatively, keep cooking 3 extra pears to make a pear sauce). Slice the six pear halves and fan them on top Bake another 30min. Brush with apricot jelly warmed in microwave.
