1 cup Corn Grits Dry 156g
4 cups Water 946.4g
1 tsp Salt 6g
1 1/2 cups Cheddar 198g
1/2 cup Milk 122g
1/4 cup Butter 56.75g
2 Eggs 88g
1 clove Garlic 3g
1 Jalapeño Pepper*
Zein (Corn Protein)* Optional

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook the grits, water and salt together for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until cheese is melted. Pour into 2-quart casserole and bake uncovered one hour. The top will be slightly browned.
