Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

These brownies taste like the peanut butter you use, so make sure it's not rancid. These also work really well rolled up without any added ingredients, then dipped in melted tempered chocolate to make brownie pops.

Ingredients

Grams 
1 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter 322.5g
1 1/2 cups Sugar 300g
2/3 cup Cocoa Powder 57.62g
1/4 cup Butter 56.75g
4 Eggs 176g
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4.2g
1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2.3g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line pan. Starting very slowly, beat all ingredients with electric mixer until combined, then 3 minutes on high. Bake 30min until toothpick comes out clean.
